TLX Premium Round Slings - WLL 12T to 50T
TLX roundslings – the high-tech polyester round sling
The TLX is a high-tech PES roundsling developed by UNITEX.
Thanks to its specially engineered outer sleeve featuring an enhanced ribbed structure, the TLX roundsling offers significantly higher abrasion resistance compared to conventional roundslings.
The TLX is also equipped with an extremely tear-resistant identification label, ensuring permanent and secure marking.
- Extremely compact and dimensionally stable sleeve for optimal handling and reduced wear
- Special woven structure minimizes wrinkling, resulting in a considerably extended service life
- Protected and reinforced identification label
- In accordance with Machinery Directive 98/37/EC (latest amendment 98/79/EC)
- Color coding according to EN 1492-2
- Stripe coding: 1 stripe per tonne WLL (up to 10 tonnes)
- Continuous printed WLL indication (up to 10 tonnes)
- Special ribbed weaving design enhances wear resistance by protecting the actual load-bearing sleeve (up to 110 tonnes)
- High weave density of the sleeve provides additional stability
- Significantly longer service life compared to conventional roundslings
- Compact, reduced sleeve width fits perfectly into crane hooks
