TLX round slings – the high-tech round sling made of polyester

TLX is a high-tech PES round sling from UNITEX.
Thanks to a special construction in the outer sheath with a raised ribbed structure, the TLX round sling has a much higher abrasion resistance than conventional round slings.
The TLX also features an extremely tear-resistant identification label for permanent labeling.

1. Extremely compact, dimensionally stable cover for optimum handling and less wear.
2. Thanks to the special woven structure, we achieve low creasing and therefore a significantly longer lifespan
3. The Rondstrop is provided with a protected and reinforced label
4. In accordance with Machinery Directive 98/37/EC (last amendment 98/79/EC)
5. Colour coding according to EN 1492-2
6. Stripe coding, 1 stripe per tonne of load capacity (up to 10 tonnes)
7. Continuous imprint load capacity (up to 10 tons)
8. Special weave – the new weave also contributes to higher wear resistance, as the ribs protect the actual cover (up to 110 tonnes)
9. A high weave density of the cover provides extra stability
10. Compared to conventional round slings, the TLX round sling offers a significantly longer service life
11. A compact, less wide cover fits perfectly around the crane hook
